The wheel turns

When not engaged, the brains of those with a tendency to anxiety can put us through a quiet hell. Retaining a sense of proportion becomes challenging. Low risk problems become high risk. Small bills become massive. Buying a coffee or sandwich becomes akin to taking out a mortgage. Passing problems lingering torment.

Knowing that the wheel will turn rapidly shifting passing problems into a dim memory can feel like a tremendous act of faith, no matter how often it happens.

But the wheel will always turn.
