Balance is imperfect II

Photoshop Express has been able to take a photo with a blown out background and pull it back somewhat, but there’s still an obvious imbalance between the foreground and the background. Here, the capabilities of Lightroom would be a better aide, but until I can find a new laptop with a qwerty keyboard, this will have to do.
